Terms and Conditions for Technical Diagnostics Courses
  1. Registration and Payment:
    • Enrolment in the course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
    • Payment must be completed a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled course date.
    • Accepted methods of payment include bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon means.
    • Late payments might result in loss of registration and participation rights.
  2. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • The course provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In case of course cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all participants.
    • Participants who wish to cancel their enrolment must notify the provider at least 48 hours before the course starts to receive a partial refund, excluding a processing fee.
    • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course.
  3. Health and Safety:
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times during workshop activities to ensure safety.
    • Participants are responsible for bringing their own PPE, including appropriate footwear.
    • The course provider will not be liable for any personal injury resulting from non-compliance with safety requirements.
    • Any on-site training must be covered by the booking organisations liability insurance.
  4. Course Content and Materials:
    • All course materials provided are for educational purposes only.
    • Redistribution or commercial use of course materials without prior consent is prohibited.
  5. Participant Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the course.
    • The course provider reserves the right to remove any participant exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
  6. Liability:
    • The course provider will not be held responsible for any personal property loss or damage during the course.
    • Participation in the course activities is at the participant’s own risk.
  7. Data Protection:
    • By enrolling in the course, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for course administration purposes.
    • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
  8. Amendments:
    • The course provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
